Should You Text A Scorpio

bream with potatoes

ingredients: big bream

1 kg or 4 smaller
pound of potatoes
10 pitted green olives 10 pitted black olives

few cherry tomato

salt and pepper extra virgin olive oil
parsley (or 1 bunch fennel mountain optional)
a slice of lemon
clove '
garlic ½ cup white wine

Preparation:

Peel potatoes and slice very thin, wash them and put them to dry on a clean cloth. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper and a little oil. Put on top of sea bream already clean, and fit in the belly a slice of lemon, garlic and a little salt and parsley (or fennel). Cover the fish with the remaining potato slices, place the tomatoes and olives cut into small pieces, season with salt, pepper and olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Put in oven at 200 degrees for at least three quarters of an hour, the cooking time depends on the size of the fish. Half cooked sprinkle the fish with the wine.
Once cooked keep warm in serving dish
